Only one Residential Account is allowed per address. Documents are required to create an account. The documents must be current and must match the account address.
Before you begin, be sure you have the following documents scanned and ready to upload:
California ID or California Driver's License
Utility Bill (Edison,Water Company, Gas Company or Culver City Sanitation)
Rental Agreement/Lease
Vehicle Registration
If you have a new vehicle, enter the temporary license plates issued by the dealership. A permit can not be issued to a VIN number. Once the DMV sends you the permanent plates, it is your responsibility to contact Permit Support and provide a copy of the current registration to receive a new permit for the updated plates.
